Visit measurement
We measure visits with Rybbit, which runs on our own server, pulse.upvote.cz. It records the pages viewed and a few clicks: the LinkedIn link, the UPNEXT and Valuo links, switching language and opening photos. Along with that, where you came from, your device and browser type, and your country. Nothing is stored in your browser and the data is not shared with anyone else. We do this on the basis of legitimate interest: we want to know whether anyone reads the site and what interests them.
Delivering the site
The site runs on our server and Cloudflare delivers it to you. Both work with your IP address and browser details to send you the page and protect it from attacks.
What is not here
No ads, no social plugins, no fonts or images from other servers. The LinkedIn link is a plain link: LinkedIn only learns about you once you click it.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to the measurement. Just write to [email protected]. If you are not satisfied, you can turn to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
